No refunds on digital goods or custom hardware. Once a license key is issued or a unit is fabricated to order, the sale is final.

If a signed software build will not activate with a valid key, contact support with the order id. We will re-issue or replace the build. That is a fulfillment fix, not a refund.

Hardware that arrives dead-on-arrival within 14 days of delivery may be replaced with an equivalent revision if stock exists. Do not return a unit without an RMA.
